Through October you’ll find treats and tricks, cider and doughnuts, little monsters and big fun for the whole family. From our enchanted forest to the magic show at the Colwell Opera House to our straw maze and 20 treat stops throughout the Village, it’s sure to put you in the spirit of the season. And if you’re looking for a Halloween memory to last a lifetime, don’t forget to top off your visit with a 40 minute ride through the autumn countryside on the famous Huckleberry Ghost Train Express or a cruise around Mott Lake on the Genesee Belle.
Ticket booth sales start 15 minutes before the Village opens and end at 8:30pm for that day.
There are no group rates for Halloween Ghosts & Goodies. However, if you have a group of 20 or more, we can hold tickets for you with a 50% deposit.
It is highly recommended that you purchase your Huckleberry Railroad train tickets early as they often sell out in advance. For your convenience summer, Halloween and Christmas tickets are sold year round online at the Genesee County Parks administrative offices Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, or by phone 8am-5pm at 810.736.7100 ext 6 or 800.648.PARK. Through October, tickets may also be purchased at the Crossroads Village ticket booths during Halloween Ghosts & Goodies operating hours.

Huckleberry Railroad Ghost Train Express
Weekends: 12:50pm, 1:40pm, 2:30pm, 3:20pm, 4:10pm, 5:00pm, 5:50pm, 6:40pm, 7:30pm
Weekdays: 5:50pm, 6:40pm, 7:30pm
*Additional trains only as needed. If needed, extra trains will run at 8:20 pm, 9:10 pm and 10:00 pm. Reservations will let visitors know if they are selling tickets for extra trains. The last regularly scheduled train runs at 7:30 pm.
Boarding time for the train is 20 minutes prior to the schedule departure.
Weekends Only Cruises will depart at: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm & 7pm

The Genesee County Parks and Recreation Commission has taken great care to enhance the accessibility of Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad with its dirt roads and uneven boardwalks by offering free of charge on a first–come, first-serve basis, a limited supply of conventional (non-electric) wheelchairs. If you need a wheelchair, it is recommended that you bring your own— especially on busy weekends.
We have a wheelchair swing with our vintage amusement rides. Huckleberry Railroad will hold up to 12 wheelchairs. The lift ramp on the train for wheelchairs will hold 600 pounds capacity which includes the weight of the wheelchair and the person.
