Outdoor Explorers: Surviving Winter

In-Person Program

For-Mar Nature Preserve & Arboretum – Pavilion

Animals have many different adaptations for survival.  From hibernation to growing thicker fur and adding on layers of fat.  Let’s explore our winter loving animals and see if we can build a Jello animal that will survive a Michigan winter. Dress for the weather this program is held 100% outdoors.

Suggested for ages 6 to 13, all abilities.

Cost: $5 per student
