School Day Bioblitz

On November 8th student citizen scientists will join field biologists for our 6th Annual School Day Bioblitz event at For-Mar Nature Preserve & Arboretum. A Bioblitz is a unique opportunity for scientists to engage and educate the public about biodiversity in a fun and interactive way.  This program will be focused on providing a field trip that gives classroom students a chance to learn alongside scientist.  Teachers can call For-Mar to schedule a field trip for their classroom to be part of this event.  Some bus reimbursement will be available on a first come basis. More specific information about this event will be available closer to the event date.  Call For-Mar for more information, 810.789.8567.
