Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that we now practice as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is low impact and safe for all ages and fitness levels. Thank you to Kohl’s Healthy Kids and Hurley Children’s Hospital for providing Fitness and Nutrition classes to our park programming.

For all ages and all abilities.

Cost: $2 per person.
