Walking Club

Study after study seems to suggest that walking in parks and spending time in nature improves not only our physical health, but also our mental health.  We can’t think of a better way to start the day than walking with friends!  Make walking part of your daily routine and join us for lively conversation, tips on walking toward health and just a lot of fun.
