Browser Security Policy
To protect your confidential account information, customers must use a browser
that supports 128-bit security encryption. If you proceed without using a
browser that supports 128-bit encryption, the security of your transaction is
not guaranteed.
To determine the level of security for your current browser, please follow the
two simple steps below.

browser is 128-bit compliant, you are ready to proceed with online
transactions.

Delivery/Refund Policy
Reservations must be paid
for at the time the reservation is made. Your credit card is charged
immediately. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
All cancelled reservations will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. Refunds
will be given, less the cancellation fee, but must be done at least 10 days in
advance. If cancelled less than 10 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
Pavilions must be reserved at least 10 days in advance, but can be reserved up
to 364 days in advance.
Alcohol and loud speakers (without a noise permit-see below) are not allowed.
Electricity is only available at Pavilion #1 at Linden Park.
All pavilions have charcoal grills and restroom facilities (either porta-johns
or modern) near them.
Each park has a centrally located playscape (there is some additional play
equipment scattered throughout the parks).
Pavilions cannot be rented by the hour. The rental fee covers the period from
8:00 am to 8:00 pm (dusk). Please note – when checking for availability or
reserving a pavilion, please always enter the reservation length as 12 hours.
A Special Use Permit is required for ball-fields, wedding ceremonies, inflatables and other rentals (also requires liability insurance), and noise
permits. Please call the Reservation Department to
