Business Meetings

Ditch the boring board room and host your next meeting with us. You can choose to schedule it in a pavilion at any one of multiple parks throughout the county. Click here for our pavilion pricing.

You can also host meetings at the one-of-a-kind For-Mar Nature Preserve & Arboretum. The Visitor’s center at For-Mar Nature Preserve & Arboretum offers an indoor retreat from your ordinary business meeting location. With seating to accommodate up to 65 guests, air conditioning, walking trails and natural beauty, For-Mar is an ideal gathering place for your next business conference. Available for rental during normal business hours. Light refreshments only are allowed inside the visitor’s center.

For-Mar Visitor’s Center

$150 for 3 hours. Additional time past 3 hour block is $50 per hour.

For-Mar Nature Preserve General Information

For-Mar is a public facility and other events may be scheduled at the same time. Our staff will be accessible during your event and will work hard to minimize any interference to ensure that you will have an enjoyable day. Applicant must make reservations at least two weeks prior to event. Rentals are based on regular business hours.

Equipment

For-Mar Does Not Provide Projectors. If You Want To Bring A Projector, You Must Set Up And Pack Up Your Equipment Within Your Reserved Time Block.

Parking

Guests Must Park In The Main Parking Lot Off Genesee Road. The Parking Lot Has A Capacity Of 75 Vehicles. Our Parking Lot Is Paved And Includes Handicap Spaces With Paved Sidewalks To The Visitor’s Center As Well As An Ada Compliant Pathway Around Gardens And Near The Ground Water Pond.

Food, Drink And Smoking

Light refreshments are allowed inside the Visitor’s Center. At For-Mar, food and drink is allowed outside in the designated picnic area only. Smoking, tobacco products and/or vaping are not permitted on the grounds.
