CAMP INQUIRY FORM – For-Mar Nature Day Camp

For-Mar Nature Day Camp is offered weekly, Monday-Friday and takes place each summer during June, July, and August. If you are interested in learning more, please fill out this form to get information regarding our Genesee County Parks Nature Day Camp program. Fill out one form for each camper.

DISCLAIMERS / FEES

  •  $50 minimum payment per week to hold your camper’s spot
  •  Camper spots are first come, first serve. Waitlists are available, but do not guarantee enrollment.
  •  All camp forms are due 3 weeks prior to your camper’s first day of camp, or your spot may be forfeited.
  • All remaining balances are due 3 weeks prior to your camper’s first day of camp, or your spot may be forfeited.
  • Scholarship Forms are available on our website and will be awarded as long as funds remain.
  • Refunds/credits will not be issued for days or partial days missed.
